Play any of the The Festival Rozvadov 2024 tournaments, to be able to win a seat or a Package to the The Festival which plays between the 5^th June 2024 – 9^th June 2024.

Is there anything else I need to know?

You can win a “seat only” prize, or a “package prize” as follows:

• No spending money included.

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

Other Important information

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Duration they will be linked to all tournaments. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner. By playing the The Festival tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Rozvadov, in order to participate at The Festival. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

All seats for the The Festival won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament chosen:

• Day 1A on 05/06/2024
• Day 1B & 1C on 06/06/2024
• Day 1D & 1E on 07/06/2024
• Day 1F Turbo on 08/06/2024

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or BoyleSports. All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament.

Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in The Festival Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the promotion ends the tickets will be linked to all tournaments with the corresponding buy in until they expire 2 months after having been issued.

Promotional cancellation or variation

We can cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with law or regulation, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason such as a software fault or incorrect terms and conditions. Any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have commenced play in relation to the promotion, prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.
 

Prohibitions and sanctions

BoyleSports reserve the right to void and/or withhold winnings from bets and may close the account(s) if there is a legitimate need to amend the offer, such as if it being abused, or is subject to fraudulent activity. Legitimate needs may include but are not limited to: account(s) sharing IP addresses, same family name/address, payment method, bank identification numbers or other common identifiers. BoyleSports reserve the right to exclude and/or limit the availability of this offer to customers, where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
